The reasons to request a refund without within 7 days of receipt of the order date have 7 days
Within 30 days - you must return the product within 30 days of purchase:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It should also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Open CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within the applicable refund days as per your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially made.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is accounted for.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only normal-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email with a proof of qualifying photos at [email protected]

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to deliver it to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
